Website enquiries

When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, selected service and message, together with any business name or requirements you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, assess your requirements and discuss a possible service.

Enquiries are processed on NZHost's website server and passed to our email system for delivery to [email protected]. Our configured outbound mail provider processes the message as part of delivery. We do not use your enquiry to sign you up for marketing.

Website operation and spam prevention

The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to assess submissions for automated abuse, and a temporary session cookie to validate submissions. Google processes information as part of this check under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We also use submission timing, a hidden spam field and limited request records to reduce automated abuse. Website and mail servers may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times and delivery results. Cloudflare may process requests as part of providing this website.

This website does not include analytics scripts or marketing cookies. External GitHub links lead to a separate service with its own information handling.

Your information

Contact us to ask about information you have provided, request access or correction, or discuss a privacy concern. Include enough context for us to identify your enquiry, without sending passwords or sensitive account information. Ask us if you need more detail about storage, retention or the providers involved before sharing information.
